The Arizona Constitution guarantees the right of every citizen to seek redress for harms and losses caused by the negligent or reckless conduct of others.  Click the attached link to see the standard Recommended Arizona Jury Instruction on damages.  Before a party can be held responsible in a courtroom for damages, it must be shown by a preponderance of the evidence that the defendant owed a duty to Plaintiff and breached that duty causing injury.   Click here to see Arizona’s Standard Fault Instruction.

There are all kinds of scenarios where a duty is owed, and a breach of that duty can result in harm that is actionable.

Drivers on our roadways need to follow the rules of the road and avoid colliding with other vehicles or pedestrians.

Doctors and healthcare providers need to use reasonable care in treating their patients and not fall below the standards that govern their area of practice.

Manufactures can be held liable for unreasonably dangerous or defectively designed products.  Dog owners can be held liable if their pet attacks someone.  Construction sites need to be safe and follow applicable regulations.

We have handled all kinds of injury cases and will consider all injury cases including:

Brain injuries, Spine and disc injuries, Fractures, Dog bites, Amputations, scars, and a variety of other injuries.

We strive hard to understand every aspect of how an injury has affected our client and to fully convey that to the insurance adjuster, or prove it to a jury if necessary.

In the event of a wrongful death, we understand that no amount of money can make up for a loved one.  Our job, as we see it, is to handle the case with care and compassion to achieve the best result possible under the circumstances of the case.
